Gratitude is a powerful tool for good. As time has passed, scientific research has caught up with the Bible’s teaching on thankfulness/gratitude, and its benefits are many. Those who practice being thankful have: better mental and physical health, better sleep, more empathy, higher self-esteem, happier relationships, and are less defensive and more resilient.
