Worship + Prayer
We believe in the importance of community, the power of prayer, and the life-change that comes from being in God’s presence together. This event, for women of all ages, will create an inviting atmosphere to soak in God’s presence and practice listening for His voice; to pray powerfully for each other and for those outside our walls; to express praise to God through music, painting, drawing, or other creative ways; and to experience authentic community. This is an opportunity to intentionally set aside the distractions of daily life, and meet with God in meaningful ways and develop authentic community with other women.
To assist with the flow of the evening, this event is for adults only. Childcare will not be available at the church.
Registration Required
In this season, registration is required to attend events (due to reduced seating capacity to maintain physical distancing). Please register your guests or friends that will be joining you or send them the link so they can register on their own.
Please Note: As we gather in person for some ministry events and activities, please know that we are adopting important health and safety measures as outlined by the Alberta Government . Adults are, of course, self-responsible in deciding what events or activities they are willing to participate in, knowing that others around us may carry COVID-19 virus but not exhibit symptoms. For all church-related activities, we ask all participants (including staff and volunteers) to abide by the following measures until further notice: follow the physical distancing guideline of 2m (6ft) for anyone who is not family or in a family cohort (this includes being seated or standing); wear a mask when physical distancing is not possible; use hand sanitizer or wash hands with soap and water immediately upon entering the church building or someone’s home; greet each other with smiles, not physical gestures such as shaking hands or hugging; stay home if you’re feeling ill or running a fever; and let the church know if you or someone in your household tests positive for COVID-19 or has COVID-19 symptoms within two weeks of meeting together.
