Families growing together through service

Join us for a fun and meaningful day at Airdrie Urban Farm Collective on Saturday, April 12th, as we launch our new City Serve initiative: Harvesting Hope!

This growing season, Kingdom City is partnering with the Airdrie Urban Farm Collective to help grow fresh food for families in need and the Airdrie Food Bank. Through Harvesting Hope, we have the opportunity to step outside the church and into the community—serving with purpose, growing together, and making a real impact. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or brand new to planting, it's a great way to dig in the dirt, give back, and connect with other KC families.

We're kicking off the season with an Orientation Day, and we'd love for you to be part of it! This is for the whole family—bring your kids, bring your energy, and let’s grow together!

🌱 Beyond Orientation—Ongoing Opportunities to Serve! 🌱 Orientation Day is just the beginning! As part of Harvesting Hope, we’ll need volunteers to help with planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting throughout the months ahead. Even if you can only commit to a few hours a month, every bit of help makes a difference! Imagine the joy of seeing what we’ve planted together grow into something that feeds families in need.

🍂 Harvest Season—A Time to Give Back! 🍂 As the season unfolds, the harvest will be a meaningful time to reflect on our work and bless others with fresh, homegrown food. This will be a powerful way to see how small acts of service grow into something bigger. Through Harvesting Hope, we’re not just growing food—we’re sowing generosity and reaping joy.

If you'd like to be part of the ongoing farm team, we’ll have a sign-up available at the event.

Look for Pastor Nikki at Orientation Day to learn more and get involved!
