Interested in taking part in festive Christmas activities… and finding time to gather with friends… and spend quality time with your spouse and kids… but the idea of having “one more thing” to do seems overwhelming?
This low-key event will provide you with a simple way to do all three all at once!
Simply meet at Kingdom City (1604 Summerfield Blvd.) and at 6:00pm everyone will walk to Nose Creek Park as a group. Return to the church around 6:45pm for free hot chocolate and treats. Please bring a Christmas goody to share.
Be sure to dress warm and invite a friend, neighbour, or anyone who God puts on your heart.
A team from Kingdom City will be providing Christmas music at the Festival of Lights from 6:00pm–6:45pm this evening.
ABOUT THE FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS
“Located in Airdrie’s Nose Creek Park, the Airdrie Festival of Lights is a beautiful, outdoor walk-through lights experience, with about a million dollars worth of displays and other special features. We have miniature trains ($2/ride) which carry the whole family around our preset paths, as well as open bonfires where you can savour that cup of hot chocolate or apple cider ($2/cup).”
